  I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new phone. I have had nothing but problems out of this store and the company. I got 2 phones there and paid a deposit on them and was told that if I returned them in 14 days I would get a full refund as part of there satisfaction guarantee claim. But no, they keep giving me the runaround and will not give me my refund. I wish I have never tried Sprint before. They don't take any responsibility for their actions. I paid close to a $100 dollars for the deposit and now they are trying to say that I didn't. Even though it is clearly stated on my BANK STATEMENT as proof. I would give negative stars if that was even a option. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. The service on the phones was horrible always stayed in roaming. The employees here don't help with customer service.
