  We went there for advice and to purchase vinyl and carpet and we picked out what we wanted. Well,we paid a $45.00 deposit and he even gave a $30.00 military discount. Ok, couldn't wait to get started.we were so excited. Their blueprinter came and wasn't there 20 minutes before he done. Ok we paid him and then Monday I took the day off work and I am so glad I did. Their contractors pulled up ,came in and took one look at my home (they didn't arrive till 10:45) and their whole attitude changed. The one man told me he had to leave early because he had to be in barbersville,wv by 4:30. Then they told me that my floor needed underlay but if I bought it from them I would be overcharge by the owner and if they lay the vinyl then I have to sign their agreement with no warranty. They said that the company never gives them what they need to do the job. There communication is way off. Then they said the blueprinter messed up because he told them there was no commode in the bathroom. It was on the drawing so what did I pay him for. I've found another carpet company that is excellent and has top reviews and the same stuff and the underlay wasnt needed and is installing this week. Sorry you lost my buisness and would love to have my deposit back. Glad this happened because this saved me anguish and money in the long run. Thank you Linda Williams,West Portsmouth
